Experience an amazing adrenaline rush as you take on a 100 metre descent down the side of Portsmouth’s iconic landmark, the Emirates Spinnaker Tower in aid of Age UK Isle of Wight!

 This June, Age UK Isle of Wight offer you unmissable views across Portsmouth harbour, the Solent and the Isle of Wight - There is no better reason to experience life on the edge!

This adrenaline-filled challenge to abseil down the spinnaker tower is on Saturday 3rd June 2023.

Participants must be over 18 (or over 14 with written parental consent). Weight limit: 120kg/ 19 stone clothed.

Each brave abseiler will get  free mainland travel to Gunwharf Quays courtesy of Hovertravel, a keepsake Tshirt to wear at the event, a medal of completion and a live action take home video of them as they descent. Watch a video of an abseil here!

All participants must secure their place with a £50 payment, plus commit to raising a minimum sponsorship of £250. T's & C's Can be found here.

Step two: Payment - Your £50 Payment can be made over the phone by calling (01983) 301340 (Mon-Wed) or by balance transfer (details by request). Once we have received your payment you will be sent a personalised fundraising pack from our dedicated fundraising team to help you reach your sponsorship goal!
