Please note that we have limited space inside remaining for charity pitches and you may be notified that you have been put on a waiting list to be further notified in May.
The full amount must be paid to Wolverton Manor Garden Fair by 30th June 2021, an invoice for the full amount will be sent out one month prior to this date (early payments are not accepted). If full payment is not received by the due date then the booking will be cancelled.
We will continue to monitor the current situation with Coronavirus and invoices will only be sent out if we are confident at that current date that the show can go ahead, this being said our Fair's cancellation policy has always been that in the event of cancellation due to adverse weather conditions or any other situation beyond our control, no monies will be refunded but will be used by the named charity for use with their continuing efforts to improve the quality of life for older Island residents. We suggest that you take out your own insurance cover for the event if this clause should be of concern.
